Why birth time matters for astrology charts (and when it does not)
Which FutureSeer tools need exact birth time, what changes with an approximate time, and how to proceed if the clock time is unknown.
Exact birth time sets the Ascendant, house cusps, and many timing techniques. Without it, planetary signs from the date can still be useful, but house-based topics (career from the 10th, relationships from the 7th, and so on) become unreliable.
On FutureSeer, Vedic and Western tools benefit most from a recorded hospital or family time. Numerology and many Tarot profile features primarily need a birth date (and name where required).
If you do not know the exact time
Use the best estimate you have, or noon as a temporary placeholder, and treat house topics cautiously. You can regenerate after refining the time on Profile so stored reports match the updated birth data.
Next step
Complete Profile, generate your library, then open Vedic or Western tools. Ask the Seer only about themes your chart data can support.
